- With higher hardness grades can be EASILY MACHINED to your requirements
- Have superior ABRASION RESISTANCE by out performing Rubber, steel & UHMW in numerous applications like chute liners, scraper blades, sealing belts, wear pads, cyclones, bushes, etc.
- Have excellent IMPACT & DYNAMIC properties for applications involving Dies, pressure pads, punch strippers, pinch rollers, cutting pads, Bumpers, Die springs, wheels, forming pads, coupling pads, and many more.
- Have effective BONDING of all grades of polyurethane is possible on Aluminium, steel, wood, plastics, to form composite components as insert rollers, Gripper shoes, Wear resistant liners, printing rollers, v – pads, wheels, pulley linings, etc.
- Are RESISTANT to mild acids & alkalis. Performs very well under oils and lubricants. Ideally suited for Hydraulic seals, Gears, oil field equipments, gaskets, oil seals, pickling lines, chemical chambers, slurry pump and valve parts.
